Welcome to HatStyle. By downloading, installing, or using the HatStyle mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HatStyle ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
HatStyle is a fashion community platform that allows users to:
- Browse and view hat styling videos and content
- Create and publish their own hat styling videos
- Customize personal profiles with nicknames and avatars
- Explore categorized hat collections (Beret, Bucket, Sun Hat, Cloche, Fascinator)
- Purchase and use virtual coins for premium features
- Interact with fashion content from the community
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be at least 13 years of age to use the App
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.
4. User Content and Conduct
4.1 Content Guidelines
When creating and sharing content on HatStyle, you agree not to post content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or inappropriate content
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
- Contains spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation

- Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
4.2 Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to HatStyle. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you post and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
4.3 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Users can report inappropriate content through the in-app reporting feature.
5. Virtual Coins and In-App Purchases
5.1 Virtual Currency
HatStyle offers virtual coins that can be purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Virtual coins:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods
- Are non-refundable except as required by law
- May be used to unlock premium features within the App
- May expire or be forfeited if your account is terminated
5.2 Pricing and Payment
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
5.3 Refund Policy
All sales of virtual coins are final. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store, as we do not process refunds directly. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HatStyle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our permission
7. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HatStyle shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- User-generated content or third-party actions
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HatStyle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you post or share through the App
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Prolonged inactivity
- At your request
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any unused virtual coins may be forfeited.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
